We work with a number of Private Investors who invest short term in to a Project for a fixed monthly rate of return. Our investors security and peace of mind is paramount to our relationships.

Our investors will have the 1st or 2nd Charge security over the property being invested in, they also are shareholders of the SPV that is formed which also owns the asset. This level of security ensures that their money is safe and the property cannot be sold without them getting paid back first.
We offer between 8-12% per annum interest which is either serviced monthly or rolled up and paid on redemption.

For transparency and reassurance we encourage our investors to come to site once a month to see the progress of the development, we want our investors to relax and know their money is in safe hands.
